Over the years since the end of the civil crisis in Liberia, many young people have lost the values for education. Some are following friends and doing all sorts of things to help fit into society. Some that are brilliant are being lost because there are no competitions in classes and their neighborhoods. Many potential future leaders are now turning into arm robbers and thieves because the true value of school has been lost.

Young men and women need something to fill their minds. Something that will keep them focused to stay away from side attractions. To do this, the need of competitions in classes, schools, communities and nations must arise to help bring back those who have lost hope. From our surveys and various research including our very own high school experiences, we have realized that when there are competitions among students, it makes them put in time to their education. Every smart kid in a class will cherish to be the first in academic levels. They always love to be at the top of all education lists and with the aid of these competitions they will be able to get more motivation and attraction to their lessons and other books to help stimulate their minds and give them a wider picture of life.

Liberia needs more brainy young men and women to help the country progress. To do this, it must start from their high school levels up to their field of choice. In order to keep fostering the peace the nation has enjoyed over the years, we have decided to help empower the minds of people most especially the children and youth because of the undisputable fact that they are the future of the nation.
